The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty Oba Eniitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja 11 has sent His Royal Majesty, The Elejesi of Ejesi, Ife kingdom to represent him at the 2023 edition of the Association of Yorubas in Diaspora South Africa (AYIDSA) 5th Heritage Day in Pretoria, South Africa this Saturday, September 2, 2023.
The Association of Yorubas in Diaspora South Africa is a registered association of Yorubas permanently residing in South Africa.
The Arole Oodua was appointed a grand patron of the association in March 2016 during the courtesy visit by the leadership of AYIDSA to Ile Oodua.
This year’s edition, from a reliable source, shall showcase many Yoruba cultural activities including a popular Yoruba historical play, Moremi Ajansoro.
