To increase insurance policies more accessible to Nigerians, KBL Insurance Plc has created an interactive website that personalises insurance products with features that enable ease of transactions.

The website allows policyholders to buy insurance products online, lodge claims requests with supporting documents. It enhances interactions with operating officers.

According to the insurer, the effort is in furtherance of its commitment to driving insurance acceptance in the Nigerian market and improving the sector’s contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) while leveraging its wide financial and technical expertise to achieve improved value.

The revamped website, which now displays a fresh look and its primary colours with several other organic features, not only allows users to navigate through uniquely tailored product offerings easily but also makes an instant purchase of other products easy.

Speaking on the new initiative, the Managing Director, KBL Insurance, Ukachi Orji, said the website is predicated on motivation to increase insurance acceptance through digital means and improve transparency.

Orji attributed the success of the unveiling to the determination of the company to ensure insurance services are made available to end users with ease.

She said the company’s new website now makes buying insurance easier and more convenient. She added that the move is not only a response to the brand’s drive to deepen insurance penetration but also an effort to increase awareness.
