STANDARD Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited has launched a proposition towards the professional development of women within the banking sector with the Transaction Banking Academy, which is part of its commitment to strengthening diversity for women in the workplace and strategically positioning women to thrive in the financial services future workforce.
Speaking about the initiative, Head of Transaction Banking, Nigeria and West in Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, Ibiyemi Okuneye, said: ‘‘We are very excited to relaunch first of its kind Academy in the Nigerian Banking sector. The Standard Chartered Transaction Banking Academy aims to improve the diversity of senior management talent in Transaction Banking across the banking industry.
